​These General Terms of use are compiled pursuant to the legislation valid in the territory of the Republic of Slovenia, especially the Consumer Protection Act (hereinafter the ZVPot), and the Personal Data Protection Act (hereinafter the ZVOP-2).


Nutrizzia’s online shop is managed by Nutrizzia d.o.o. (Ltd) which is seated at the following address: Ljubljanska cesta 9b, 1241 Kamnik, Slovenia.  


All content on Nutrizzia website is copyright protected and any copying, distribution, printing, publishing, or any other unauthorized use is strongly prohibited.


By accessing or using the website Nutrizzia, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. 


2. Validity of General Terms & Conditions


We reserve the right to modify this General Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on the website, and we encourage you to check frequently for updates.

The customer may choose and order products exclusively from the list of products in the Nutrizzia website. 


All products that are listed on the website are available while stock lasts. We strive to keep as many items in stock as possible and the delivery times quick, in order to keep our customers satisfied at all times.


The availability of items on the website is only informative and it is in accordance with our suppliers. 


It can rarely occur that the availability of an item is changed and when that happens, the customer will be immediately contacted. In case that the supply times are especially long (more than three weeks) it will be possible for the customer to cancel his order. In this case we will do our best to ensure that the customer gets satisfactory advice on other items so that he will be able to change his order accordingly.


The prices are displayed on the website. 


All prices are provided and charged in EUR and include VAT.


The costs of delivery are not included in the price of products, unless stipulated otherwise in delivery terms.


Online prices are valid at the time when the customer places an order and get the order confirmation. 


The prices displayed can change without prior notice.


Nutrizzia reserves the right to refuse an order in case that item is no longer in stock, or the prices are obviously incorrect, which may arise in the event of errors in automated transfers, of which we will notify you as soon as possible.

4. Online purchase


Customer can access and shop at our website as registered user or guest. Online system will guide you through all phases of the purchase. 


To use our website and/or receive our services, you must be at least 16 years of age, or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.

5. Payment


Nutrizzia offers several secure payment methods:

  • Cash on delivery (Slovenija only)-remittance fee for purchases may apply and buyer will have to bear the costs.

  • Debit or Credit cards

  • PayPal

  • Money Transfer (via Proforma invoice)


Whatever payment method is used, the order shall not be considered until the payment has been processed successfully.

Nutrizzia reserves the right to suspend the processing of an order if payment by bank card is denied or payment is not made. In these circumstances, Nutrizzia may consider the sale to be cancelled.


6. Delivery


We deliver to EU member countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden, with some territorial exceptions. You will be notified if such exception occurs.


Your order will be shipped as soon as possible, depending on availability of the products. You will be notified about dispatch date by e-mail.


Most of the orders will ship within 1-2 business days (inventory permitting). The orders placed would reach you within 3-6 business days, depending on destination.


The delivery is carried out by trustworthy carriers. We try to keep the delivery time as short as possible for all purchased items in stock. During weekends and public holidays dispatch of orders will not be done and we will do our best to dispatch them on first working day after that. If an item is not in stock, we will contact you about the delivery time as soon as possible. The delivery costs are charged at time of order based on method of delivery and customer’s address.   


Damage on delivery

In case of receiving items that were damaged during delivery, please contact us as soon as possible, however not latter then in 8 days at: and describe your problem. We request that you take some photographs of the item in its original packaging so that we can take appropriate measures against the delivery company. We would also be very grateful if you could write down the time of delivery and the full name of the deliverer. All this information will be very useful when claiming damages.

7. Order cancellation


Customer can cancel the order before the goods are delivered within 2 hours after placing an order. Customer should notify the Nutrizzia by e-mail sent to

8. Withdrawal from the contract


Right of withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days after receiving the ordered goods without having to state the reason for the withdrawal.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which customer acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

Effects of withdrawal


If you withdraw from the contract, Nutrizzia will reimburse your payment for the product(s) returned, received from you, including the costs of delivery, if charged on the invoice, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. 

Nutrizzia will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees because of such reimbursement. 

Nutrizzia may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. 

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. 

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. 

We recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Nutrzzia is not responsible for the packages lost in transit. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Item must be returned as new for a full refund, which will be made no later than 14 days after the product has been returned. 

9. Dispute resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolutions (ODR) which can be accessed at We are ready to participate in extra-judicial dispute settlement proceedings before a consumer dispute resolution body.

If settlement is not possible, disputes shall be resolved by the competent court with subject matter jurisdiction in Kamnik, Slovenija. 

10. Information on Nutrizzia websites

We try to keep the Nutrizzia website up to date at all times, but we cannot be absolutely sure that all information is 100% accurate. Therefore, we do not guarantee and do not resume any legal liability regarding all information on the site. Item pictures are symbolic and do not depict the actual properties of an item (colour, details, additional equipment etc.). Such mistakes occur because of technical solutions or because of human error. Changes in the modern world are so rapid that it is impossible to keep up with all new information on the website as it takes some time to change it.
