Since Nutrizzia d.o.o. (Ltd) it is not hosting web site itself and is done by company Wix.com Inc. who has access to servers and website content, can not be accountable for published content.

Payments

1. Cash on Delivery

Nutrizzia offers the possibility of cash on delivery in Slovenia only. Shipping services will collect the amount from you upon delivery. If they cannot collect it, the package will be returned to Nutrizzia.

2. Money Transfer (via Proforma invoice)

Money transfer in a form of Bank transfer is also a payment method we offer to our customers. Customers go through all the usual steps with their order but at the final checkout page at "shipping details", under "additional instructions" write Money Transfer and as a payment method choose Cash on Delivery. We then create a Proforma invoice which carries all the information needed for a Bank transfer. Our Company information, IBAN, Swift/BIC code and Bank address is on the Proforma invoice. As soon as the funds are received in our account we proceed with the order and the order is processed the same way as if the payment was made by any other method.

3. Credit/Debit Cards, Wallets and Bank redirects

Credit/Debit Cards and Wallet payments are possible as listed bellow. Availability of certain Credit/Debit cards and Wallets can be subject of country or territory. When an order is completed at the checkout and the payment method (available based on country or territory) is selected, customers are redirected to secured page, where they insert necessary credit card information and complete the payment. Payment processor providers Stripe and PayPal will make sure that the transaction is secured.

4. PayPal

PayPal is currently one of the most trustworthy and popular payment method for online purchases. PayPal is safe and easy-to-use and for these simple reasons, it is one of the most popular payment methods in our store. 

PayPal Checkout is the fastest method which requires only clicking the PayPal  button at the checkout page.

5. Dispatch

Your order will be shipped as soon as possible, depending on availability of the products. You will be notified about dispatch date by e-mail.

If ordered products are on stock, we will do our best to prepare the shipment the same or next working day. If your order is subject to delay for any reason, we will inform you and follow agreed steps.

If an item is not in stock we will contact you about the delivery time as soon as possible.

During weekends and holidays dispatch of orders will not be done and we will do our best to dispatch them on first working day after that.

Delivery

 

1. Where we deliver?

We deliver to EU member countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden, with some territorial exceptions. You will be notified if such exception occurs.

2. Delivery methods

The delivery is carried out by GLS, DPD and Pošta Slovenije. We try and keep the delivery time as short as possible for all purchased items in stock.

The delivery costs are charged at time of order based on the method of delivery and based on the customer’s address. 

Nutrizzia can not be held responsible for duties and taxes charges if goods are delivered outside EU, if not stated and/or agreed differently.

Personal pickup is possible by prior arrangement.

In the case of personal collection, payment can only be made in cash at the collection point. If you wish to pay with another payment method, you must do so when ordering on the website and then select personal pickup as the delivery method.

3. Delivery cost

- Slovenia:

3,95€ for shipments up to 2kg

- 4,50€ for shipments up to 5kg

- 5,00€ for shipments up to 10kg

- 5,80€ for shipments up to 15kg

- 6,10€ for shipments up to 20kg

- 6,50€ for shipments up to 30kg

- 8,00€ for shipments up to 40kg

Orders above 10,00€ and post codes 1217, 1240, 1241 and 1234 have free delivery!

 

- Croatia8,30€ for orders up to 64,99€. For orders above 65,00€ delivery is free!

- Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia and Monaco: 9,20€ for orders up to 64,99€. For orders above 65,00€ delivery is free!

 

- Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Romania, Spain and Sweden: 17,00€ for orders up to 64,99€. For orders above 65,00€ delivery is free!

Bulgaria, Greece, Ireland and Portugal: 20,00€ for orders up to 64,99€. For orders above 65,00€ delivery is free!

 

Cyprus and Malta: 30,00€ for orders up to 99,99€. For orders above 100,00€ delivery is free!

4. Damage on delivery

In case of receiving items that were damaged during delivery, please contact us as soon as possible, however not latter then in 8 days at: info@nutrizzia.si and describe your problem. We request that you take some photographs of the item in its original packaging so that we can take appropriate measures against the delivery company. We would also be very grateful if you could write down the time of delivery and the full name of the deliverer. All this information will be very useful when claiming damages.

Cancelation of the order

1. Cancelation

 

Customer can cancel the order before the goods are dispached within 2 hours after placing an order.

Customer should notify the Nutrizzia by e-mail sent to info@nutrizzia.si.

E-mail should include the order number, the name and surname of the customer and the address that was provided for the delivery of the ordered goods

 

2. Withdrawal from the contract

 

Right of withdrawal:

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days after receiving the ordered goods without having to state the reason for the withdrawal.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which customer acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. 

To exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, you must inform us Nutrizzia d.o.o. (Ltd), Ljubljanska cesta 9b, 1241 Kamnik, Slovenia, info@nutrizzia.si, tel. +386 64 259 061 of your decision to withdraw from the contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail).

Effects of withdrawal

 

If you withdraw from the contract, Nutrizzia will reimburse your payment for the product(s) returned, received from you, including the costs of delivery, if charged on the invoice, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. 

Nutrizzia will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees because of such reimbursement. 

Nutrizzia may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. 

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. 

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. 

We recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Nutrzzia is not responsible for the packages lost in transit. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Item must be returned as new for a full refund, which will be made no later than 14 days after the product has been returned.
