Check below common or frequent questions we are getting from our customers and of course our answers.

If you do not find what you are looking for, you can still call us or send us an email.

We are convinced that you will understand, that we have some limitations with our support center:

- Phone support only during weekdays (Monday to Friday) from 9:00 till 17:00 hours CET,

- If we are not answering, most probably we are busy helping some other customer and we will not call back,

- At the moment we can assist you in Italian, English, Slovenian and Croatian languages only,

- We will answer your emails as soonest.

Please note that we are doing our best to ensure you best possible quality of our support service.

To which countries does your company ship the goods?

Currently we deliver to EU member states: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden, with some territorial exceptions. You will be notified if such exception occurs.

If we may invite you to subscribe to our newsletter, so you will be informed as soon as we will deliver outside EU as well and take the advantage of our incredible assortment.

Which providers and services do you use?

We've carefully chosen our partners to share same environmental values and commitments as we do.

Delivery is done by national postal service (Pošta Slovenije), GLS, DPD and others.

Can I order express delivery for my order?

No, at the moment you cannot.

We are working on the case already and if you are subscribed to our newsletters, you will know as soon as it will be available.

To our knowledge standard delivery time within EU on economy service is 3 - 6 days and in some cases express service would take the same time to reach destination.

Can I see your shipping rates?

Shipping rates are shown on check out and are subject to destination and order value.

What kind of payments do you accept?

We are accepting Cash on delivery (Slovenija only), bank transfer, several credit and debit cards and PayPal. Please check payment options here or you can still come back to us at info@nutrizzia.si.

Do you accept cash on delivery option?

Yes, but only in Slovenia.

Are payments on your page secure?

All payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Do you offer any promotions or discounts?

Yes, of course, all the time you can find something. Please check our dedicated page for current promotions and discounts.

Can I return the goods?

Yes, you can within 14 days from receipt of the goods as per EU legislation. The cost of return is not covered by Nutrizzia d.o.o. (Ltd).

Will I be reimbursed if I return the goods?

If the packaging of the goods will be intact (not anyhow damaged) and originally sealed (not opened), you will be reimbursed for the invoice value.

How do I return the goods?

First, please let us know that we can expect the package on info@nutrizzia.si.

Email should include the order number, the name and surname of the customer and the address that was provided for the delivery of the ordered goods.

Then pack the goods properly, we suggest asking selected currier for instructions and help, and ship the goods. Let us know the tracking number.

As soon as the shipment will arrive, we will inspect the goods and let you know when the funds will be returned.
